Here are the real court papers on TDG charged criminally and it is all pointing at viewsat receivers, same guy and two others.

Not all case info is online
drhf it doesn't say negative, it says no results found, not all court house's put everything on line. A lot of them you have to go to court house and either read the files there or pay for a copy as long as it is public record.
