In doing some reading it seems word out as far back as April of 2009 is coolsat's done.....

Coolsat Receivers are said to be Discontinued and no longer being made, no new models being produce at this time. The 6100 - 7100 and 8100 are all out of stock and no new units being produced at this time. These reports seem to show up through coolsat canada retail and the funny part is links lead to nfusion. So at this time, my advise is hold on to your old receivers and do not buy any coolsat receivers until things prove to be different. Just my 2 cents

I don't think to many people would buy a Coolsat receiver anyways, but then again you never know. And yes i have heard about connection between Coolsat and NFusion as well.
