Satzen network problem
I have purchased a new satzen Z500 and the setup was easy and staright forward. I am having trouble connecting to the network. I have set the STB for auto and it finds and assigns a network address given by the DNS.
However, when I select a scrambled station the STB states that it is not connected. Unscrambled stations come in OK. I have reset the router and turned off the receiver and back on and I am not able to access the network. I am running my network through a switch that runs the network through the elctrical outlets in my home. I have a nano2 running right next to the satzen and it connects to the network with no problems. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you have any suggestions?

If you are using a powerline adapter, it will not work through an extension cord or surge protector.
