Been down since 7-27 showing "not connected"

In order to re-connect with current files:

Z300 /2.28

You must do a Factory Default

Load current Satzen file for your unit via USB stick
Setup your satellite settings and scan
Set up Time Zone
Go into Network Settings>ip setup,Set to Auto and Apply
Exit and wait for picture,Unit will now be "connected"


For those who have P$S / All info must be re-entered.

Tried those steps exactly still is "not connected" anything else I can try?

Did you reboot your router then bootup receiver?

Yes just tried that still sais not connected. IP is on auto and is showing all the numbers like it should.
