We're going on 3weeks without any luck. When are we getting a new bin number? No more support for the Z300 and Z500 and Xfactor 1, any more? These the best bax out there, what happen?

All public servers are down except for Akai, you can use free trial for your Satzen until public goes back on.Here is the info:

Choose private server 1 if not in use

IP Address: 212.117.167.145
DN Port: 4444
Username:japan
Password:japan
DesKey 9999999999999999999999999999 (28 9's)

When finished do a hard boot,if it's still not working change your port to 9874

Yes it's still working,double check your settings. Server does occasionally freeze or go down but the trial is still available.

instead of using the IP what name should i put in?

Did you save your settings after you entered them and did you do a hard boot.What port # are you using?

port 4444 inputed ip clicked on ok then exited out

Try port 9874 and see if that works.

still nothing, the wierd thing is after inputing the correct ip and exiting out, then when going back to the menu again the IP is different then what i inputed. It sais 255.0.0.0

Got it! Figured it out, you have to enter the decimals when entering the IP.
For anyone else have this problem on your remote its the FAV button for entering decimals.
