This is a comprehensive I-Hub installation Set-up/ Troubleshooting Guide.
Basic IHub Bin update:
1. Install Wiznet Bin Update Utility onto the PC connected to your home network.
2. Start Wiznet Program
3. Press Search Button
4. If Board list Populates after the search Click upload
5. Find IHub bin file you downloaded.
6. Press OK.
7. After progress Bar is finished close Wiznet.
8. Reopen Wiznet and click search.
9. Ensure Version you uploaded is in the version box.
10. Load appropriate model and bin version onto your receiver.
Advanced IHub Update:
1. Install Advanced IP Scanner
2. On your PC Goto Control Panel then to Networking.
3. Right Click on Local Area Connection (Number) and click Status
4. Click on the support tab
5. Open Advanced IP Scanner program (Make Sure these your IP address from you network connection has the same base addresses as the range in Advance IP Scanner with the exception of the last set of 3. Range on the last 3 should always be 1 in the first set and 255 in the second.)
6. Now Press Scan on Advanced IP scan.
7. After the scan is complete list has filled click on status until all the alive ones are at the top of the list.
8. Note the IP of the one starting with WIZ00blablabla
9. Open Wiznet Bin Update Utility
10. Click the Static Radio Button on the Main Page
11. Type the WIZ00blablabla IP address In the local IP box
12. Type the subnet in the Local Area Connection (Number) in the Subnet Box
13. Type 1920 in the port Box
14. Type your Gateway in the Local Area Connection (Number into the gateway box.
15. You should get a populated Board list when you hit search now.
16. Click Upload and select the bin file for your IHub.
17. When complete Close and relaunch Wiznet and ensure your version in the upper left corner is the one you just uploaded.
18. Load receiver Bin File.
19. After Hard Reboot go to your receivers menu options and ensure your serial is entered.
