cant load file for sonicview 360 - FTA Files Community Forums for Satellite Equipment

I have a brand new sonicview 360 I can not get it to take the thumb drive I have tryed both front and back ports does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong.

Format your flash drive.Load it with latest fix.If it still will not load turn off power in the rear of receiver and insert flash drive in usb port and press and hold down OK button on front panel and then turn power back on.Then select file to download.

All I did was shut it off from the back and turn it back on and it worked great. Thanks again for your help
