Default Sonicview 360 Premier Telefonica Spanish OSD

HI, don't know if you can help me, but once I updated this file (Sonicview 360 Premier Telefonica Spanish OSD Updated Feb.25.2009) my tv says mode not detected...so now I can't see anything on the tv, or fix anything because I can't get into the receiver...if you can't do you know where I can get help?
Thanks,

Dale

Are your cables connected properly? If yes load the factory file and then the last fix. Setup the dish settings and scan for channels.

Default 360 Premeir

How can I load the factory file and the last file if I can't see them on the tv? The cables are attached.

Thanks,

Dale

Default Mode not supported

I checked everything again and it still says on my TV - Mode not Supported. I haven't had trouble before, but since I updated the last file (SV360 Premier Telefonica Spanish OSD Updated), I have been getting this message (mode not supported) on my TV. Is my receiver fried? Thanks...

Try this : http://www.ftaprofessionals.tv/sonicview-360-premier-instructions/3385-how-revive-sonicview-sv-360-premier.html

If that is not working you will need to download the factory file using the loader and a null modem cable.
