It could be a bad hub, good call sending it back. Once you get the new one start from the beginning and read everything carefully and hopefully you will be up and running.

Question i-Hub Setup procedure that works

Thx for your help; I've followed your instructions and have loaded the factory BIN file into receiver and have same question as other tester above; you say to : "CONNECT TO NETWORK IN ADVANCED SETTINGS", & "Download Network" how is this done? Line 10 . load the latest bin do you mean the latest dongle bin? Thx again for your help...I'm been trying to get tv for 3 weeks or more now...very frustrating, as I'm sure u know...! Also, I'm now reading about new "WizNet" software; how do I know if I need it and where to get it?
Thanking you in advance for your advice here...

I sent mine back in after over 2 weeks of trying to get it to work. I asked the same questions about that post but didnt get and answer. I think I read that you can do and update on your I HUB only if you had it working at one time. What is yours not doing?

Question i-Hub Setup procedure that works

Thx for the replies and the update link and info on wiznet, but I'm thinking as u are, fitterit, that I probably shouldn't do an update on my iHub, since it has never worked yet at all (have new SV 8000HD w/iHub). In your iHub Setup Procedure Steps, please advise what "CONNECT TO NETWORK IN ADVANCED SETTINGS", & "Download Network" in the Steps you listed; how is this done? Are you finding this "Advanced Settings" & "Download Network" in the new software, Wiznet? And also, Line 10 . load the latest bin; do you mean the latest dongle bin? Thx again for your help... and have a good evening...
Lost in dongleland...

Good to hear, it was a bad hub after all. You are not the only one that is not receiving HD channels, looks like it's a issue with the last fix.
