Is your dongle serial # correct, i would double check that and do you have a good Internet connection. Also you can try unplugging your ihub for a bit and plugging it back in. SV server has been freezing a lot but you should be able to watch some channels still.

Thx for the ideas, but my reciver was working b4 with the seriall number i have... so i think it's correct. And about the interneti have high speed internet, and my laptop is always on and working... i'm using my laptop right now. Do u have any other ideas... I really appreciate ur help... THX

Did you also try unhooking your ihub for a bit? If everything else is ok the only other thing i can think of it's the settings, something has to be wrong if your ihub worked before and it's not any more.

This should fix it:

Do a factory reset using your remote control, than load the factory file.

Load the first iHub file, and try to connect the iHub.

Ps. don't use the null modem cable.

Default Can not set IP address on my receiver

I have reset and reloaded unit several times and I still can not get the IP config command to come up on my receiver. Can someone get me a step by step procedure so that I can do that at the receiver. Also my ihub doesn't seem to be detected. Please help. My receiver is Sonicview 360 Elite
