Default To Know if IHUB is Fried or Dead?

How do you know if your Ihub is Dead? Because my Ihub dont have lights at the back of my receiver anymore. How about if IHUB is unplug from receiver,does the IPCONFIG show still on the menu even IHUB is UNPLUGed at the back.? Pls help about this, cause i have no tv anymore and needed to resolve this.

Exclamation hub dead or not ?

could you explain more. unplug your hub when all is on. is there a light that lights up inside the back your hub ? do you have ipconfig in your set-up menu? what does your receiver say when you turn it on with all plugged in ? there areposting for trouble shooting.

The ihub itself does not have lights.The lights come from your ethernet cable and will not come on if the router connection to ihub is not good.

Default Even with Ethernet Cable

Even with Ethernet Cable from the router, my IHUB does'nt have lights. And if I plug it I don't have any words on screen saying Ihub connected. Also no IPCONFIG on Menu. It all happened when I load IHUB Fix from July 11 through USB instead of WIZNET. Any suggestions

je0670 does your ihubs green light flash every 3 to 5 seconds or so? let me know cause i wonder if mine is just as fried as yours. my green light flashes every 3 to 5 seconds.

Try testing your ethernet cable . Hook it up between your pc and router or some other hardware device that you might be using.

yes you can take the cat5 cable from the router that go's to pc, it's probably a short wire and change out the wire that you have going from router to ur Sonicview and that will tell you if the wire is good.
