i took my reciever to my dealer, and he checked everythin and said that the audio input section has burned. Is there any solution to this. The dealer says he cannot fix it. If nothing can be done, i want to buy a new reciever from you guys. Which reciver would be the best to invest in. I have an ihub. also could you tell me the price, and the process to buy.

sargodha- if you bought your receiver from a dealer maybe you have a one year warrenty, then you can return it after contacting them and receiving a return authorization. if you do get to return for credit or exchange then you will have to use our files and reprogram your box with the factory file. hopefully you can return. i would say that nfusion is the best today with iks. a phoenix box is good for a std unit.buy from a authorized dealer.do a word search on the type of box you want or try flee bay.please shop wise. good luck and thanks for letting us know what happened to your audio problem.

i've had my reciever for more than a year, so i cannot return it to him. but shouldn't i buy the sv 360 premier again, since i have this one now. Plus what is the price of nfusion, and phoenix box?

it is your choice on what unit to buy. was just stating the nfusion has more channels and seems to stay online over the sonicview. the cost of both are 150 to 200.yep if it is older than a year, no return available.

Since you already have an ihub i would suggest SV 360 Premier or Elite again or you can go for SV 8000 which is HD receiver but it costs a lot more. Elite is a higher model then Premier and costs about $ 20 more. If you buy a different brand your ihub would be useless and complete waste of money. And to be honest i dealt with every SV model out there from first lowest model to highest and this is the first time a heard about audio input section failure. It can happen with any receiver but it's very very rare. so i have made a decision to buy a sv 360 elite reciever. I want to buy the reciever from u guys, so could you please tell me how i would do that(paying ect....)

We don't sell receivers anymore but you can look around and whoever gives you the best deal buy from them but make sure they are an authorized SV dealer. Most of them accept PayPal so you can pay them that way and have it delivered to your door.
