canada service unable to download wiznet program. i am having a problem with my service not allowing transfer. is it protocall or what i read that ekim had luck with the service here in canada. could you assit me with installing the wiz program and erecting my box with my service here in canada. thanks

You can still view DN with your SV receiver and you can upgrade ihub using Wiznet no matter where you live.
