When you open Wiznet check the version should be v 1.4 follow instructions and upload to v 1.9, once that is done using USB stick load the latest available file for your receiver and you are good to go.

Thank you for your help,Sir. But after I download the wiznet and unzip or open it no matter what I'd tried I won't able to open the wiznet as I have seen on the direction you show me. Will you help me again please. I bought this SV360 premium 4 months ago. I have it worked when the version o fthe Ihub1.4. But since it changed to version1.9 and download and installed the new version 2.53 and 1.9 but with no luck. Help me please. Thank you Sir.

When you try to update using Wiznet from version 1.4 to version 1.9 your ihub should be plugged in and receiver should be on, that way Wiznet and receiver can communicate. Once your ihub is upgraded load the latest available fix and you should be set. Of course all files should be unzipped before you use them, take a look at the post above and check out the link that one2 posted.
