Default Any one up now on SV DN?
I can't seem to get any channel to unscramble right now is it just me or are we down at this time?

Down here aswell.Do not change any settings or use wiznet tool.

Default can different areas be either up or down
can different areas be either up or down?? Like California be up and north Carolina be down
