Default Sonicview 360 P will not communicate with modem

I have the iHub hard wired to a Bell wireless modem, the ihub is virgin, and when connected there is no indication that it's connected (ie; no message on screen). I've tried a ping and it shows 4 sent and 4 received. Both lights are on in the iHub.

I do have ipconfig, and there is no ips (or anything) listed, I am pointing at BEV. shouldn't there be communication between the the router and the receiver wether the server is working or not? If not that's my problem

You can scan bev for the channels and have them stored but you will not get them at this time.Reboot router and receiver with receiver last to boot back up.

Thanks I'll try it, my hub is still 1.4 as I don't want to go to 1.9 until I get
communication with receiver. I know that BEV is still down, I just want to be prepared

I've tried that, I know that BEV is down, I just want to be prepared, The ihub is still at 1.4, I don't want to go to 1.9 untill I can get the modem to communicate with the receiver. I've read every thing I can find in the forum and tried a lot of the suggestions but nothing works. Do you think that a new router would do the trick? every else seems to be working OK.. Computer is working well

I have the 1.9 wiznet file loaded on desktop, as well as the latest bin for the receiver, sorry, I don't know what the "100 rom" file is.

I'm afraid to load the 1.9 into iHub I've already screwed up one ihub beyond redemption.

If you have the latest fix on your receiver and your Ihub is not updated to the 1.9 I would think you would not have ip's in ipconfig.Update your hub to 1.9.

If you are waiting for bev you may have a long wait. You need to get DN now.
