here I started this thread for you into the proper disscusion, as you are having problem so i started a thread for you,,, this is where we will chatt and get you running in here:

heres a couple things to check

here check these setting with ur settings

Ok look at these settings in the picture make sure ur is setup the same!
Link>>> iHub 1.9 setup click on the attachment pictures and check ur settings with them picture settings..

then make sure that you have these other settings in ur box setup menu.

check these settings on ur box in menu setup

Below is what most have:
Menu===>Installation then 0000 or 0937 or 2668 or 3570 then antenna setup then side arrow to ECHOSTAR 7=119W.then do the same for ECHOSTAR 8,10=110W
..............EchoStar 7=119W
LNB Power................ON
LNB Type..............Standard (Dish Pro change to OCS-DP)
LNB Freq...............11250
22kHz.......................OF F
TP Freq.................12239
search option............ALL
DiSEqC 1.0..............Port 1 (This should match the cable on the switch).
Motor......................OFF
Legacy SW..............NONE

then you need to setup the next sat

EchoStar 8,10=110W
LNB Power...........On
LNB Type............standard (Dish Pro change to OCS-DP)
LNB Freq.............11250
22kHz.................OFf
TP Freq...............12224
DiSEqC 1.0...........Port 2 (this should match the cable on the switch).
Motor.................OFF
Legacy SW..........NONE

and did you setup the ip config yet? it's in ur menu installation
