Default Switch problem

I have a Sonicview 8000HD and my dish is tuned to 110--119---129
I can receive each satellite individualy (direct hookup no switch), but when I hook up the switch I can't get the switch to work.

Are your ports selected correctly in menu option each sat should have port # selected as 1,2,3 depending on how how your LNB's are hooked up but it should something like this 110 Port 1,119 Port 2 and 129 Port 3. If all your ports are correct you might have a fried switch and has to be replaced.

It has to be your port settings then, check S&Q on each sat and select the right port and you should be fine.
