will someone please help on what to do to get it back to work again?

If you tried loading a bin and that is when it froze then I would try a factory reset using the loader for that receiver and the cable that came with it. After doing a factory reset load the latest bin and try again. More info on what happened before it crashed would be helpful though. Hoped this helped. Good Luck

it was working fine the next day it had 8.8.8.8. where do I find these files
