Unhappy new sonicview with ihub problem

I have a new sonicview with ihub and I have been following the "setting up your Brand new Sonicview receiver with ihub" instructions and I have gotten to #6 telling me to "Download and run Wiznet Tool and extract 1.9 from zip folder to your computer.Click link below for the Wiznet tool and 1.9 Ihub file.(Do not download the wiznnet tool to your memory stick, its downloaded and run via computer to your Ihub)."
First it doesn't tell me if I just connect the ihub to the computer and how you get a file on it (computer doesn't recognize it as a drive) or if you somehow connect the receiver to the computer to get the file on it. Second when I unzip the file "Link>>> SonicView iHub - iHub v1.9 File & WIZnet loader" for the wiznet tool and I go to open it it says that it is an exe file but when I try to open it it is just a shortcut and the computer can't find how to open it. I have tried all the sites with the wiznet download on it and they all are the same. PLEASE HELP! Thank you!

Your pc should be connected to a router.Connect your ihub to the same router also. Then install the wiztool in your pc.Once the wiznet tool is installed run it and click search. If your router connections are correct the wiznet tool will find the ihub and populate the fields just like the picture in my setup. To install the wiznet tool on your pc click install not open.

Don't worry we will get you going.
