my sn360p & newlink not work anymore after i mistake update new fix file with out unhook newlink. now mess adapter connected no longer show and ip not funtion.please help no tv for wks now .thanks

Do a factory reset, load newlink factory file then the latest fix, set up your settings and rescan sats, let us know if that fixed the issue. Last SV fix messed up a lot of newlinks and i-hubs hopefully yours is still ok.

i did factory reset, load systermcleanfil, load newlink v12, load pre_0211_newlink and hard boot after every load. then rescan stb.but ip disapear from main menu. if i turnoff receiver from front (clock on)then turnon then ip config and network download show up but it not respont. what i do next , thanks very much for your advice....

Did you run Wiznet and see if Wiznet recognizes your Newlink, also do you have any lights on newlink? It's possible that you fried your newlink if you had it connected while updating it.

I found this information and it worked for guy that had same problem as you try this :

Well this is what i did and maybe just luck but it worked.Ok i unpluged my ethernet cable from my newlink but left the newlink hooked to the reciever and i did a factory reset and when it said do you want to reboot now yes or no i said no and did a hard reboot from switch on back and then i downloaded the system clean file and put that bin on a formated usb stick and put that file on my reciever and same thing when it said do you want to reboot now i said no and did a hard reboot and then downloaded the newest file for my reciever and put that on a formated usb stick and put that on the reciever and did a hard reboot and then scan your sats and then when that was done i shut it off again from the back and hooked my ethernet cable back to my newlink and turned the reciever back on and put it on channel 106 and waited 5 or 10 minutes and it came in and everything is working great.I hope this helps let us know how you make out

yes, i got solid green light,and blinking yellow light on other side of newlink . after try and load all file the only ch 101 is on .do u know y after i load any file the ip config disapear from the main menu. then i turnoff from the remote for few second and turnon the ip config coming back but freeze not funtion .

That is good that solid green light is on that means you have good connection and your newlink is communicating with the router.New file has a bug in it and a lot of people lost their ip config menu or get network adapter isn't ready message.SV team is aware of the issue and working on it, next file should solve that problem but there is no time frame on when it will be released.
