Don't have picture.. quality and signal good . get message (no service or scrambled ) on screen.

Did you try a hard boot via rear switch and resetting your router/modem, also what dongle are you using and are you on public or private server? Only SVLan works on public server while all others are working on private.Let us know.

They have had a problem with the cat5 cable coming part of the way out of the socket, check to make sure that it is plugged all the way in.
