End Svlan Serial # Confusion by changing the font
For those who are not sure whether and "0" is a zero or an alpha i.e. a letter is a letter or a number in your "instant serial number" - Copy the serial number you received and paste it into a program such as Microsoft Front Page and convert the font to "Consolas" - You will find the numeric "0" has a slash through it and the numeric "1" has an angled top element whereas the alpha "l" has a horizontal top element. My serial number had two "O's" and after converting the font I found out one was alpha and the other numeric.
