Default How to SVlan - Simplified Instructions

Do a Factory Reset.

Then aSys Clean file aka factory file.

Load latest SVLan bin for your model.

Scan Sats.

Shut Power, remove SV Lan, Turn on Power, Turn of Power.

Plug SVLan back in, Open IP Config.

Enter the serial number from label to IP Config. It's new.

Do hard reboot. Watch TV.

I followed all your directions, but I'm not having any luck. Do I need an other file???

Smile sv 360 p with ihub

hi im trying to start up my sv 360 p but i do not know if i need to do something else after update to svlan my ihub would you help me please. thank you in advance

I-Hub no longer works on public server only SVLan and serial upgrade is required. To convert your i-hub to SVLan follow this link - http://www.ftafire.com/sonicview-360...ert-svlan.html
Another option for your i-hub would be to use it on private server, then you don't have to convert it.

Well can you please help me out, I did as you said and get nonething, brand new SV with SVLan thank you for pointing me in right direction for that. When going to ipconfig it say network adapter isn't ready. I also notices that the channels a set up wierd my channel 200 which should be CNN is now CBBIS and 300 which is HBO is now upn-norfolk va. Is there another file that I missing.

Never mind I got it to work, after going to user option and changing the number by Sid to on, my channels are now correct . I thank that its important to say go to channel 101 then go to ipconfig that is when everthing populated and now working.

Thanks for the update, glad to hear everything worked out for you.It doesn't really matter what channel are you on when setting ip config, as long everything is set up correctly any channel will work.
