i may be messed it up i have hub can only read as 4.8 and if i update sv 360 premer to 4.22 file it doesnt see i hub how can i get it work on privet with ihub please help

Did you try to convert your i-hub to SVLan because it's sounds like you converted already, you should only use SVLan files from now on.Are you using private server already or you are looking for one?

yes i converted and i downloaded 19 file i set it up with privet and not working i can see chanle 101 thats about it

Did you follow instructions they sent you and input everything correctly? User name,password, server name, port # and DES keys, double check everything and also try a hard boot via rear switch.

If your hub is version 4.8 it is a svlan so do not load any ihub like (4.22) in receiver.Only load svlan files.Load the sv360p svlan e19 back.Then go into ipconfig and and in private server No enter s/n for public.Or change to private server Yes and enter your private server info.

You should of gotten the port number when you signed up, 2 # as a matter of fact.It would be 5 digit code, without port number you want be able to connect, e-mail them and ask for it if you didn't already.
