Akai Japan Outage Explanation

OK, Well we already know the bad news we were down yesterday april 13th 2011.

So I will go directly to the good news.

The reason why we were down is because another BEV server was added. However the junior administrator did not configure the server correctly and it conflicted with the DN servers. This is why everything was shut down. Now that the Senior administrator fixed the problem everything will be great again.

They will have a update when the BEV servers will be added properly in the next few days.
