Hi I change my dsl internet to cable internet ,the box don't work with cable internet. When I check network settings don't show up nothing only say " adapter isn't ready" . Using dsl works well. what you think guys ( I plugging directly into the cable modem because it's wireless) . Thanks

Reset your modem and see if ip populates, are you using a router if so reset your router and see if it works.IKS receivers work fine with cable modems but you do need a router as well.

Yeah i would use router even if your modem is wireless, i have cable modem but am still using a router and no problems whatsoever.
