How are you connected to the internet and what are your settings and dish type? Did you input the warantee code?

My connection is through ethrnet cable. how do i get the warranty code? it was working perfectly until i had booting problem, which i had to boot my box from the usb. this is what my system version info says: product sv-360 prem
BOOT LOADER = 01.00 uBS LOADER= 01.00 mAIN SOFTWARE= P24 CONNECTED to sat 110 and 119

What kind of dongle do you have,Wizhub or SVlan, if you have newlink or i-hub it needs to be converted first before you can use it.

i have svlan. but the menu is not enabling me to enter the serial number. which it did before the freez.

Do a factory reset and see if network setting option is available.

did all those, still all i get is No Service or Scrambled.
