Sv8000hd the server connection is not working after the file hd15zip
The problem is with the file HD15ZIP that is not downloading the WIZHUB... First i did the factory reset, next i downloaded the file (HD15ZIP) with the USB and installed it correctly. Also the format of the USB is F32. Then i checked the installation of the server but it doesn't display nothing; nothing comes up on WIZHUB. I think the receiver is not not downloading the file correctly because i didn't see the internet connection to the server on the screen. Please help me. Thank you.

Did you enter wizhub serial number?
