All hd channels down on 129 (no service or scramble) sd channels is working all. Help.....thank you.....

Akai Japan is working on fixing the HD bin to properly connect to the new HD server. Beta testers have tested the new HD server and it's working great. The problem is HD 16 did not connect to it properly. Please be patient and HD 17 will release. Once HD 17 is released all of the HD channels will be removed off the old server and only be displayed on the new server. At that point they will add the International channels back on which are also working but they are just waiting for the proper time to add them.

As for the Japan group supporting other units it has no affect on what Akai Japan is doing for it's sonicview users. Be assured that the Akai Japan server tech's are only working on channel adding and stability.

Anything else the Japan group does would be handled by different people.
