Default SV 8k still getting Connect Fail message

I've tried rebooting, reentering the 16 digit code, but still getting the Connect Fail message since Friday. I noticed the sat changed from Echostar 7 to10 and 8 to 14 (or something like that). I figure this has something to do with this but don't know exactly what to do about it. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Put your receiver on cnl 101 then go to network settings and change from the akai server to a private server then wait a few seconds then go back to akai server.See if gets you connected. Also make sure hub is connected to receiver good.

I again uploaded HD16 and rebooted. I got the No Service or Scrambled message. When I try to go to the Network Settings the receiver will ignore the command and go back to channel 101. What's up with that?

Well, it tells me "network adapter Connect" but when I try to go to the network settings it only diverts me back to the channel screen.

Start over again.
Load the system clean file, the factory bin and then the latest bin for your box.
Unhook your dongle while your doing this.
Your dongle appears to be working as it is seen by Wiz and your version is correct.Unhook it or you might brick it.
It's ode that your box sees the dongle at start up but fails to let you into the Network settings menu. This usually only happens when the dongle has failed to be seen by the box or on the network.Very strange.
So I advise again.... start with a fresh box.

I have followed your prescription to the letter but still no positive results except I somehow got to view the network settings. could you let me know what the DNS IP settings are so I'll know I have the correct one. Just pulling straws at this point. If you could PM me I'd, as usual, would be very appreciative.
