Do not make any changes in wiznet. Its ok to click search. If your hub is 4.12 and have the es20 file in receiver.Double check the wizhub warranty code if you got one or if your using a private server check those codes.

"DNS fail" describes being unable to resolve to an ip addy.In other words, the dongle cant find the server with the info you entered or there is no such server at the time you were looking.(With AJG,lately that can be the case.)
"Connect fail" describes resolving to an ip but a refusal or denial of entry to the server for any one of many reasons.
Possibly a problem with capitol letters, as this seems to be the issue I often find in cases like this.Look for something simple in your settings that's wrong.Confirm again you have entered ALL info correctly and again, pay attention to caps.
Post what you learn and good luck,
Sp0iler

The serial number off the hub is not what your looking for you.

keep it simple. Just go to coolsatellite (Google it) on the web and purchase a "Warranty number" for one or two years. You'll get it through your email.

Load the Svlan es20 file into your box with the hub disconnected.
When promted to "Reboot Now" choose no and power down from the rear switch.Reconnect the hub and power back up from the rear switch.Look for the "Adapter Connected" message.
Go to "Network Settings" and enter your number.Go to the top and click on "Connect fail". This should start a connection check and will report either "Connected","Connect Fail" or "Dns fail". Can you guess the one your hoping for
Get it worked out and let us know how its going or if you have more questions.

Good luck and happy testing,
Sp0iler
