Thanks FTA PRO you wre right, after I cut some tree branches and made some adjustment to the dish I now get all my channels. Right now I am trying the free private server but it still is freezing, is this my issue or is very else having freezing problem. I read that the new private server guaranteed no freezing.

Good to hear, freezing is always server related and there will always be some freezing.Some servers freeze less then others but there is no 100 % up time with any of the brands/servers using iks.
