i try to convert a newlink to svlan ihub, i follow the intructions, but all i got green and yellow light from the back of newlink. also in the wiznet cannot find
the newlink, pl help thanks

Connect the ethernet cable to your LAN port on your computer.Then run wiznet again see if it finds hub and tell us version.

i test my new svlan hub with serial code# and run wiznet click on search, it show up right away. but with newlink i click on search nothing showup on boardlish. also i have two pre360 about one yr old after i did hard reboot
all i have is blue light on the left coner look like dead. is that fixable? or time
to buy new unit. thanks for resp my post

The blue light on SV Premier is common problem, turn it off and back on using rear switch until full display shows up. Sometimes it takes a few tries but it works every time.

If that wont work, try this:

Force load the factory bin.
Load the factory bin to your usb stick.
Insert the stick and shut the box off from the rear switch.
While holding the "ok" button in on the box, restart from the rear switch.Hold the "ok" button for at least 5 seconds when you boot from the rear.
This will put the box in USB mode and you can use the buttons on the box to navigate and force load the file.When your in usb mode,"USBL" will be displayed on the the box.
Restart as normal and And load the current file for your box .
If your on component video, you'll need to downgrade to standard video (yellow output) to see the Usb mode screen.

Get the box working and then we'll work on that "Bricked" Newlink.

thanks for inf, followed your intructions the unit working well now. did fac reset, systerm clean file , rescan satt. load new file v27... chanel 101 working
for the bricked newlink , load file special v99 , pluck newlink to the unit conect cat5 from newlink to router and from router to pc then run wiznet
but nothing popup . pl help thanks

Plug the Newlink into the lan port on your computer and have Wiz search again for the hub.If it finds it...what version shows ??
