It can be a bit confusing.
Signal describes the connection between your lnb and box (which is pretty low in your case) and Quality describes the sat signal being received.. I would work to get that signal reading a bit higher.New cable,new connectors, a shorter run and a good ground can and will improve that signal I'm sure. Good luck, Sp0iler
