Default SVLAN to WizHub firmware upgrade. CH freeze when switching

hello anyone, big newbie lost on SVLAN - appreciat help.

Is there a firmware upgrade to SVLAN showing as V4.12 using wiznet - Am having problem with channel freezing when switch from a channel that is "scramble not receiving" to a channel that is working. the screen just sits there and I have to keep going to NETWORK SETTING and get a CONNECTED to resume watching. Is really annoying thing in my SV360P

That is software issue many users have to do the same thing, hopefully next file will fix that problem.

What file do you currently have in your box.The current one should have brought you to 4.12.
Im sure you know all services were hit on Thursday with a serious ECM and many are still recovering. This is a poor time to be testing.
