I tried the link you posted and I still get the DNS FAIL,and the green light is about 50% and the amber is about 99%.
I don't seem to understand your link do to the lack of information,please explain little bit more about the setting with this link...thanks.

Green light is supposed to be on at all times and amber should be flashing,free trial can be set up by going to menu/network settings/private server ( you can select private server 1 and then enter info given in that link.If everything is set up correctly tune in channel #105 and picture should come in.
