hey guys,
my sv360 p works for just a little while (mostly during the morning) and quits. i tried rebooting but it dont do nothing. is that a sign of the receiver or the dongle going bad? I thought it might be the lnb, but its good. the receiver works off the motum and router, could one of those be going bad to cause the receiver to only work for a short time and just quit? I check it early in the mornings before I go to work and its working but when I get home in the afternoon, I get nothing. if anybody knows what I need to do to fix this problem, please let me know.

What exactly do you mean by not working, you get scrambled channels or receiver doesn't turn on?If you get scrambled channels that is server related issue.

it works but only for a little while, then it freezes and it stays like that for several hours. I tried turning it off and back on but it dont seem to work. I dont if it maybe a sign of the receiver or the dongle going bad? it has been doing this for the past few weeks now and seems like it just getting worse at times. I check it before I go to work early in the mornings and it working, but when I get home in the afternoon, its frooze (sometimes its working but not very long) and it stays like the til the next morning and it working again. I could really use some help trying to figure this out.

It was probably server related and nothing wrong on your end.Install the new file that was just posted and see if it helps.
