geez. i dont know how my question became the home for such a string of questions, but I can now report that I have finally hit 119. My place has lots of trees, I put the dish in a spot I thought was clear, but I was wrong. I had some trees near the house that went from 5 feet to 80 feet in 10 years. They were becoming an issue and are now on the ground awaiting their next tour of duty as firewood. I bought a satfindkit, it helped too. I am going back out shortly to finish the job and turn the dish to hit 110, thanks for all the advice. New question, with a st**ch**** dish, will the viewsat also work on the 117 anik bird?

A other way of doing this is cloning the new receiver info to the old one.
Here is info how to do that: http://www.ftaprofessionals.tv/showthread.php?t=152 I would recommend to first load the latest factory file on the old receiver than clone it from the new receiver. Hope that this helps.
