I have lost my antenna set up on my vs9000. I put back in all the same setting but I can not get the Q past 0. I have done a factory re-set and have also put in the factory file but i just cant seem to get a lock on the bird. Can someone help please.

Do you have bad weather?It also sounds like your dish has moved.

hi guys the weather is clear. but do to the cold when i loaded the factory bin i did not remove the cables from the switch. would that create this problem?

No that should not be a problem. How did this problem start?

by putting in the sat file

So your dish should be fine. Sounds like you need to setup your dish settings in the dish settings menu.

Do a default and load factory file then latest fix.Then do your setup then rescan.Why do you need sat file loaded anyway?

That is where I was but I can not get a lock on the bird. when you hit it you should get the name across the top but I cant seem to get a thing.

I don't get it I just when outside and tapped on the switch and now it is working...thank you for the help and I really like the new site
