Default file does not work

viewstat file for dec 5 does not work, when you down load it windows wants to open it and it says it is and attachment

Can you unzip it? All files are attachments but once you unzip them they are ready to load.

It should be a zip file not html. Is it VS Ultra file you are talking about? If it is here is the link http://www.ftaprofessionals.tv/showthread.php?t=1268 . Try reloading the file and see if it works.

Thank you, I don' know what goin on i loaded the file on my p.c. and worked just fine. When i try to down load it on my lap top is when it want to open it as a htm.

i set my dich on 110w but i can get just free chanel(same as dich nertwork) i tried with coolsat6000 and viewsat ultra .
ia it normal?

Make sure you've got your ports set right and lnb settings.
