Hi. I'm new at this fta thing. I just downloaded the dec5 fix. It is already on my box, but when I look through the channels, it only lists 35 for series and 0 for everything else, what am I doing wrong? Is there a setting that isn't right? Help me if you can.

vanessa22 what kinda viewsat do you have? When you loaded fix onto your receiver, how did you do your setup? Are you homing into 110 and 119 birds? If so, did you set your lnb setting right and 12239 tp on 119 bird? Let us know a little more about your set up and we will go from there.

Also, you need to go into menu and go to epg setting download your guide. If you have all your channels there but can not view them by type then you need to download guide and see if that helps.
