Post FTA in Costa Rica

Anybody know if i can get 119 and 110 Sats from Costa Rica. If so, what kind of dish do i need.

Yes you should as long as you got a good view of the southern sky.A dish with 2 single dish pro lnb's is a good setup and not expensive.

As much as i know it will work but you will need some serious dish to be able to pick up the signal. The main problem you may face is Costa Rican weather.

I don't think a standard dish will work, you would need a big dish. I did some research and there is not much info on which dish you should use, i did find some guys that are watching the 119 but they are using a 1.8 meter dish. The best is to contact your local satellite installer and go from there. The files will work as long as you can get the signal.

I agree with Zero. You can even look it up on Internet and see if Dish Net provides services in Costa Rica. If they do then there is a way to get it.
