first time
can somebody help me get started., i have a viewsat vs2000 platinum & a friend has been fixing it when it goes down but i want to learn how to do it on my own., he use to give me some # to enter tru the remote & then he was doing it tru the computer by down loading it.,what do i need & how.,thanks
