Default How to Unzip Files Instructions

These instructions explain only how to save files to your Computer. You will need to consult your specific receiver instructions for further details.

After you click on the file a new window will pop up asking you if you like to



"Open" or "Save" or "Cancel"

Click on "Save" and than pick a Folder you like to use for the files. Pick a Folder that you can remember so that later you can locate the Files. You can create a new Folder by going to "Start" than to "My Documents" and in the top right corner press "Make a new folder" and than name it Fta or any name you like.



After you do that go to the new folder and Unzip( Extract) all the Files this is very important or the file will not work.

Instructions for Unzipping the Files

To Open Zipped data files select desired Folder

1. Open My computer, and locate the compressed folder you saved to your computer

2. To extract all files or folders, right-click the compressed folder, and then click “Extract All”. In the Compressed (zipped) Folders Extraction Wizard (click Next >), specify where you want to store the extracted files.



3. Extraction process to selected destination will take place. When extraction process is complete, click Finish.

After you have Extracted the folders there is going to be a other folders with the same names but it will look different. (it will not have a zipper).

Please read all of the instructions carefully before you begin to download the new bin files into your receiver.
