It should be working, maybe is the bad weather interfering with the satellite.
Try a hard reboot if that did not help reload the file, set the auto roll on and go to channel 200 and wait about 5 min and it should work.

Viewsat Ultra Rec Stays on Channel 156
My Viewsat Rec stays on channel 156.I try a hard reboot and I unplug it from the wall and it come back on to channel 156. I tried reloading the file and turning to channel 200 and it goes back to 156. I tried Auto Roll on and off
Please help

Sounds like is frozen, you should probably load a factory file and start over.
Do a factory reset with your remote control. Load a factory file. Load the last fix file. Setup the dish settings. Scan the channels. Watch TV
