I've lost in the guide window all information. Only channels show up in guide window everything else is blank?? Does anybody know what's up?

Here is a link on how to populate your EPG. You can also try rebooting your receiver via rear switch OFF and ON again. http://ftaprofessionals.tv/showthread.php?t=478
