Hello. I bought a new ultra lite and i cant convert it. im new at this and now im very frustrated. can anyone help. thank you all

What do you mean you cant convert it.Did you download the latest file and hook it up and scan for channels.

ian,, you need to go into ur menu settings with ur remote and do a factory default this will erase every thing ,so we can load up new Factory file for ur ultra lite then we need to load up the newest fix ,, then we need to resett all the settings back up then we rescan ur sats for ur channels
