I have lost ecostar 9 is their a know problem?

What is your S&Q % on that sat? Try factory reset/default, load factory file then the latest working file rescan your sat's and set up your receiver to previous settings. This is what your settings should look like for echostar 9. Instead of 118.7 it should be 121 W if you haven't changed to 121 W already.

11250 you can probably get echostar9 121w ... try these settings
Satellite: EchoStar9 121.0W
LNB Power - On
LNB Type - Standard
LNB Freq. - 10750
22KHz - Off
TP Freq. - 11724 (change it to 11855 to point dish & verify S & Q)
Search option - All
DiSeqC 1.0 - None
Motor - Off
Legacy SW - None
