Question help

I have a viewsat 2000 ultra & a viewsat 2ooo.I just bought the ultra.I have them hook to one dish.when i switch channels on the ultra it freezes up the 2000.Does any body have any idea why.Thank You.

Exclamation switches

I should have mentioned that i used 2 switches 1 for each receiver.could it be a short in lnb.Thank for the help and the switch files.the difference in the switches is 1 is a coolsat and 1 is viewsat they both have same frequency ect.Thank you again.

Default

The best switches to use in your case would be Dish SW21 switch, they are proven to work with Viewsat receivers using Dual LNB's. It's possible that one of the LNB's isn't working properly. Best thing would be to test your LNB's by connecting both receivers to it without using a switch and see if they work.
